  This company takes advantage of buyers in every possible ways. I bought a $10,000 worth of wash machine in less than a year ago and the door part wasn't working properly. When I had to call for the parts, they asked my credit card number even if it's still under warranty. They said that they will credit back to me after they get credit back from the manufacturer. I've received the part and the credit amount applied to their IN-STORE credit only. I have to buy something from them eventually. They didn't mention anything about this before. I called the company and the account manager is very rude. They service call charge is ridiculously expensive and marked up prices on parts. I still don't know why Uni-Mac chose them as a reliable distributor. Besides this problem, the brand new machine that I purchased from them had a programming issue which took them to resolve in 5 months. Just be aware when you think about purchasing equipments from them.

  Car wash towel extracted went down on one of the busiest weeks of the year. Washburn went above and beyond to get us back up and running. Great team, from the girls working the phones, Mike my salesman, and the warehouse employee/delivery driver guy who really did everything he could for me. Thank you for all your efforts in getting my business back up and running.
