  I was in Chicago area for work and hadn't been able to do Any yoga since leaving Minneapolis previous week. I attended Satukis Kondo's 6a.m. class. What an excellent class! Great blend a challenge and relaxation. Satukis teaching Style puts an emphasis on technique and alignment. If lived in the Chicago area I could see Satukis as one of my regular instructor.

  TBD FIT was exactly what I was looking for in a gym- AWESOME energy, the community, the facility, the training and the staff that is incredibly encouraging, making it an inviting and fun place to workout. Instructors here are extremely knowledgeable and highly motivated, they inspire me to be better, help me achieve goals ! This place makes fitness available to everyone no matter what level you walk in the door at- it's a judge free zone. Great place to get your daily dose of sweat going with awesome people. If you're looking for a gym where the people actually care about you and your goals and you can have fun at the same time TBD is a place for you!!!!
