  Three times I could not gain access to My unit. Two doors are broken leaving only one operational and that is always backed up and it’s completely the other side of the building from the unit when I spoke to the clerk they said that it just happened Monday this is Friday if you have a broken door you call the door people and you get it fixed and then you disagree with the insurance company the other doors been broken for several months

  SmartStop was the perfect solution to my storage situation. The indoor facility and smooth floors made it easy to maneuver my things into the unit. Tristan, Nicole and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful going above and beyond at the Elk Grove, IL location.
