  Dr Lin is in the same practice as our pediatrician. She was the on call doctor one evening when we had to call. For a 4 minute conversation at 8:25 pm, she charged us $25. Yes, we were told both as a new patient and on the call in that it was a possibility for the charge, but she never confirmed the charge and it was such a quick thing for her to do. When I questioned her, she was very by the book... it says you can be charged, and we bill insurance and sometimes they pay, sometimes they don't. I felt like it was all about the money for her and not about patient's care. I will not use her as an alternate when our pediatrician is unavailable!! Nor will I call if she is on call. It's sad. We love our pediatrician and the office staff!!

  Dr. Lin is a very knowledgeable doctor. She puts us at ease and answers all of our questions thoroughly. She gives real world advice and tips to try out for problems we have faced with our little one. She is gentle and kind. I have already and would never hesitate to recommend Dr. Lin to friends.
  In terms of the office itself, it is clean and organized. We are taken in within 5 minutes of arriving. I have not had much interaction with the other staff but everyone is kind and pleasant.
