  I have worked with a grain team of people at Delta for nearly 7 years. The company went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. I would love to stay with them as long as they would have me. Dispatch is hand picked to give me the most profitable yearly income possible. Safety team is excellent and knowledgeable.

  Got fired for not getting miles I averaged less then 1000 a week. But I explained that my dispatcher has me sitting for days and gets me a load at the last minute for 300 miles and that's why I'm not a profitable driver for the company but the fleet manager says no I'm just lazy looking for excuses not to work and let me go. How can I work when its not provided for me that's stupid. My dispatcher was rod Strunjas and the only week I got 3000 miles was the week his sorry ass took off. But Delta Freight isn't a bad company I just had a horrible dispatcher.

  Not a great driving job. Truck owner didn't want to fix things on the truck. Dispatch could use a DOT regulations awareness training and improve utilization of your time. If you're not Serbian it's probably not the place to work.
