  Idk if these guys should be in business at all. Called them up to see if I could get my 4.6 DOHC engine re-assembled that I had just gotten back from the machine shop... first answer from him to me? "I'm not taking responsibility for someone else's machine work if someThing goes wrong." He made me feel like my engine was en-route for failure. Anyways he quoted me $1,000 for labor.. got quoted 1,500 at sams one stop in Addison, il and they where excited about the project! Now that's the attitude I like to see.. not some old fart attitude. Lost my business due to your crappy mood. Never make the customer feel this way, you won't get far.
