  WARNING! These people even don't reply on your email! Why bother?They're doing lapse in coverage per purpose- they warn you payments take 3 business days to process and that way they're stealing your discount and continuous coverage. Very poor customer service; Ila & Carlos especially. Don't be cheap, spend extra $200 and you'll have a better A rated standard company. This company is not even rated. There is no financial stability for non-rated companies. You're paying for the possible claim which may never be paid off!
