  The quality of car washes I have experienced over the last year or two have been been less than stellar, with two out of every three washes being substandard [sections of exterior not dried, rear carpet not vacuumed, windows forgotten, etc.]. I have tried to understand the difficulties in staffing such an operation with personnel who have pride and wish to represent the Fuller brand in the right way, so I have continued to go back.
  
  That, however, has ended as of today and I will no longer be a patron of Fuller. The final straw for me was going through the wash, then discovering that items were missing from the inside of my vehicle, that i had placed in the center counsel while getting out of my car. I can deal with poor washes on occasion but cannot and will not, patronize an establishment at which i have to worry about having the employees steal from me.
  
  I certainly could never again go there and be close to comfortable, in allowing anyone inside my vehicle, unless i made sure to lock anything of value in the trunk. i will find a car wash where that isn't a concern.
