  Friendly and patient. My dog can get a little scared sometimes and the staff is very friendly and try very hard to make him feel comfortable. They are very patient and do not rush anything while my dog warms up to them. They even offer to let the dogs come in when you don't have an appointment so the dog gets used to the office.

  Dr. Stram and his team of techs and assistants are great! Even though our cat is always scared at the vet, the staff are so gentle that Cooper feels comfortable enough to behave during all of this appointments. He didn't even cry when they cut is nails and put in stitches! This is a family place for us - my aunts & uncles, brother, and grandma all bring their animals to EGPC!
